How to get old photographs into digital form.
Only have your photographs in an album or a box? That is fine. Photograph or scan them, then upload the files directly with your order.

Take the picture in good light and as straight-on as possible. Avoid flash, reflections and shadows.
Or scan it
If you have a scanner, you can simply scan the photograph. This is especially convenient for larger batches.
Move the files to your device
Transfer the photographed or scanned images to the phone or computer you will use to place the order.

What to know before ordering.
The answers are short and practical. If you are unsure about a photograph’s quality, send it to us and we will get back to you.
Can I send an old or damaged photograph?
Yes. We can often improve scratches, dust and lower sharpness significantly. With very blurred faces we cannot promise an exact likeness; in that case we will contact you first.
What if I do not have a scanner?
You can photograph the picture with your phone. Place it flat, photograph it straight on, avoid glare and use daylight where possible. A short guide is included in the form.
Can I order just one photograph?
Yes. From one photograph we create an approximately 30–40 second video made up of several suitable movements.
Can I choose the music and text?
You can specify a music style, instruments, mood and your own text. We choose the specific track so that it suits the video and can be used legally.
How will I receive the video?
When the video is finished, we email you a download link. You can watch it on a phone, computer or smart TV.
How can I pay?
By card through a secure payment page, or by bank transfer after we review the photographs.
